1. What Try Market is
Try Market is a platform that lets you discover and try software products using a single account. We handle authentication so you can access trial versions of products without creating separate accounts on each one.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Trial access
When you try a product through Try Market, we create a trial account on that product on your behalf. Trial accounts may have limitations set by the product, including usage quotas, feature restrictions, or time limits. Trial access can be revoked at any time by either Try Market or the product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse trial access by creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits; use the platform to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with products; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or product systems.
5. Third-party products
Products on Try Market are provided by independent third parties. Try Market does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party product. Your use of each product is also subject to that product's own terms of service. Any disputes with a product should be directed to that product's team.
6. For product developers
If you register your software on Try Market, you agree to: honor trial access for users sent through our platform; not misuse the identity information we provide; integrate using our official SDK or API; and comply with applicable data protection laws when handling trial user data.
7. Intellectual property
Try Market and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Try Market. Products retain full ownership of their own software and content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property between parties.
8. Disclaimers
Try Market is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be available, functional, or suitable for your needs. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any product accessed through it.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Try Market after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
